Note: The following terms can and will be followed by law if voided. By signing up an account, joining our community, or purchasing a product on any of G C Network Divisions' store, users must understand and agree to these terms. - *Users must also understand that this document may be updated as the company grows, and new divisions are created.

ORDER AGREEMENT

Pre-Order Agreement

Before purchasing any items on our store, customers must read and understand the terms marked with a ' * '. Customers must understand that there will not be any charge-back's, refunds, or returns after the design/development/activation of their order has begun/completed. They must also, understand the Terms and Conditions of Use of our offered services.

* Order Cancellations

[DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION]:
2.A - After placing an order, customers have a 48-hours time frame to cancel their order(s).
2.B - If a customer wishes to cancel their order(s) after the design/development process has been started, the refunded amount may vary depending on the time between the date of order-placement, and the date of order-cancellation.
2.C - Cancelling an order after the completion of the development/design process of a product, is not acceptable and we will not refund any of the paid amount. - If a customer is not satisfied with the completed results, they can submit a Remake request.

[MINECRAFT NETWORK DIVISION]:
2.D - Once placed an order on G C Minecraft Network' store, there will Not be any order refunds/returns accepted, due to the orders being automatically synced and activated right after the order being placed.
2.E - Charge-back's are also prohibited, and the issuer of this request will be PERMANANTLY BANNED from joining our Minecraft Network.
2.F - If you recognize an unauthorized payment, please contact our support team, and we will gladly take it from there to resolve this issue.

* Order Refunds/Returns

G C Network will not accept returning purchased items. Orders will be only refunded to the card or PayPal provided on checkout. Please note that G C Network is not responsible for the additional charges taken by PayPal or the card issuer company.

* Hosting Plan Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and plan cancellations are accepted for the offered hosting plans. The refunded amount may vary depending on how long your product has been hosted on our servers. If order cancellation request is submitted one week before the expiry date, only 5% of the paid amount will be refunded.

* Rights of Reselling and Distribution

The distribution and reselling of products developed and/or designed by G C Network is prohibited and the distributor will be asked for additional charges. By this term we claim all rights to follow the stated issue further by law.

* Rights of Modification

All products developed and designed by G C Network development team are registered as an Original Content (OC) owned by G C Network Ltd. and the source code and other files will be licensed under our Copyright. Each product will include a small note, crediting our development team. Buyers of these products are not allowed to Modify and remove these watermarks/credit notes.

* Transferring Ownership

Customers may transfer the ownership of their purchased product(s) only once every five months. Upon this act, they should also inform us about the transfer, as well as providing us with the new owner's contact information and billing address. This information is required to prevent reselling and the distribution of the product in question.

After-Purchase Changes Support (APCS)

APCS is an offered service for the Discord Bots developed by G C Network development team. APCS is only offered if your purchased plan allows additional changes after order-placement.

While joining our Discord community, or our Community Forum users must read and understand the following terms. Please read the terms marked with a ' * ' carefully, as these terms are the most important of all other terms. - Thank You.

* Security and Safety

We recommend keeping all your personal information such as real names, photos, phone numbers etc. confidential, and avoid sharing them in any of the channels/categeories, as we are Not responsible for the loss and leakage of any of this information. We also ask you to keep any information that may have been leaked or shared in our community confidential, and report the distributor of the said information to our staff. The security and safety of our users is really important to us; therefore, we have many security layers in place. Sharing dangerous files in our community channels/categories that might include inappropriate content, dangerous files/links, viruses, etc. is prohibited, and the sender of these files will be Permanently IP-Banned from joining our community. Toxicity and Cyber-bullying is unacceptable, and the misbehaving users will be Banned from our community. - We want to make a fun, friendly, safe and secure environment for our community members, by enforcing some restrictions and guidelines that are explained more in detail below.

* Respect and Content Restrictions

Members of our community are expected to be respectful to our guidelines and abide the rules we have set. The following are prohibited content that may Not be posted in our community channels/categories. Upon detection they will be taken down and the sender will be Muted or Kicked from our channels/categories. - Posting any of the in our Community Forum may result in the suspension/termination of your account. - Posting some of the following, may be followed further by law.

2.A - Spamming is Not allowed. (Sending multiple repetitive, or meaning-less messages.)
2.B - Adult, lewd, and pornographic Content is Not allowed.
2.C - Sharing political content is Not allowed. - Let's keep our community clean and drama-free.
2.D - Agressive, Abusive, Harmful, and Toxic content is Not allowed. (Offending another race, sex, belief etc. | Self-harm, Animal abuse etc. | Damaging an environment, cyber bullying etc.)
2.E - Sharing dangerous links, and harmful files is Not allowed. (Viruses, unauthorized websites etc.)
2.F - Sharing the confidential information of others is Not allowed. (Photos, ID's, phone numbers, social media links, real names etc.)
2.G - Posting fake content, and attempting to be someone else is Not allowed.
2.H - Advertisements are Not allowed. - (Learn more in #6.)
2.I - Arguments are Not allowed. - Let's keep our friendly community.

* Rules and Guidelines

3.A - Please do not @Mention our Content Creators, while they are set on DND (Do Not Disturb) Mode.
3.B - Please post the appropriate content in the appropriate channels/categories.
3.C - Members are expected to be respectful to other members, staff, and our partners.
3.D - Media should be only posted in media channels.
3.E - Bot commands should be only used in bot channels.
3.F - Inappropriate and offensive nicknames/usernames are not allowed.
3.G - All members must have read and understand the terms stated in Community Guidelines #2 - (Titled: Respect and Content Restrictions).
3.H - All members must read, understand and agree to our community guidelines to be able to participate in the chat.

* Conditions of Service

We would like to make a safe and friendly environment for our community members; therefore, G C Network support team will only provide support to the community members who respect and abide these terms and guidelines. Voiding the stated terms may result in longer wait-time for responses from our support team, being kicked or banned from our community, or may disqualify you from receiving support in our community channels/categories; however, you may still contact us through our Support Desk for assistance regarding an issue.

* Freedom of Speech

In our community we believe in the freedom of speech; therefore, there will not be any chat filters installed. Advertisements are Not allowed in our community whatsoever. - Partners are only allowed to post their advertisements and promotions in our Advertisement channels. Self-promotions, regarding your social media account, Forum account/page, and Minecraft Guild are only allowed in the appropriate channels/categories. (YouTube channel, Instagram, Twitter etc.) - 'Self-promoting' an organization's social media page is Not allowed.

* Connections and Security

To create a safe, fun, unique, and fair gaming experience for our Minecraft network players, it is expected from our players to connect and play withouth a hacked client, mod/add-on, unfair resource packs (Example: X-Ray Resource Packs) or any other software that may give an unfair advantage to them or other players. We kindly ask you to immediately report any players that you believe are bypassing this rule, to our team at our Support Desk. If you use any mods/add-ons, resource packs or a software that can give an unfair advantage to you or others please do not use it on our Minecraft network. - Players who bypass this rule will be punished and moved from our regular server to our Bad Lands server. Bad Lands server is where cheaters and hackers will be playing almost the same Game Modes, Minigames, and Custom Servers but against other cheaters and hackers. There is no support or update provided for our Bad Lands' players. /!\ Once entering the Bad Lands, there is No going back! - Hackers, cheaters, and players who toxify our community will be Permanently Banned from joining our regular servers! - But don't worry! We all make mistakes. Each player will get only 2 Ban Appeals. After being Banned for the third time, they will lose access to ALL servers in our Network.

We take the security of our players and users really seriously. Our databases are well secured, but In case of any cyber attacks or a breach into our databases, we claim all rights to take necessary actions towards identifying/locating the attacker, and follow the case further by law, and taking the necessary steps to restore rights and resolving the issue. The distribution of our players' information that might have been shared or leaked, is in no way acceptable and the distributor will be charged.

* Behavior and Community Guidelines

All players must read and understand our Community Guidelines before participating in our Minecraft Network's in-game chat. Please understand that hackers and cheaters are not in our priority support list. Ban Appeal requests do not have an importance to us, and we will not try to respond to these requests as quickly as we respond to other tickets and requests.

We value your feedback, and satisfaction with our services. We try our very best to produce what you have requested, and we are so sure you'll love the final result, that we are willing to attach a Money-Back Guarantee onto most of our offers that allow us to do so. - If a client is not satisfied with the final result of their order, they may issue a complaint. G C Network will require legal documents, permission, and some needed proof for questionable custom orders. Any sort of Illegal activity is not supported by G C Network Ltd., nor will it receive any support. In addition, we will not work on projects that might be promoting inappropriate content, or illegal activity. - These cases will be reported to the right authorities if needed.

* Content Restrictions and Boundaries

G C Network will not host, nor create products promoting inappropriate content, illegal drugs, illegal and unauthorized activities etc.
(Example: Lewd and adult content, promotion of illegal drugs, promotion of harmful and illegal activities)

* Prohibited and Unsupported Orders

Development, design or hosting orders for websites, bots, plugins, and pictures that include inappropriate content (pornography/lewd websites, illegal promotions, promotion of harmful activities, disrespectful content etc.) are Unsupported and may be reported to the right authorities if needed.

* Activation and Approval of Custom Orders

After your order has been processed and reviewed, (usually within 24 hours) you will receive an Email from our team, regarding the approval/activation of your order. Please note that custom orders' activation may take longer than offered services and bundles.

* SSL / Copyright Licensing

All websites Hosted by G C Network have an active SSL Certificate, which helps ensure your website visitors that their information is encrypted and well protected. These information include passwords and card informations. The websites we develop will not share this information with the owner or the administrators of the website, nor will we save this data.

* Safety and Abuse
